My driveway slopes down toward the water — can you still pour it?
Yes. Sloped driveways are the norm at Smith Mountain Lake, not the exception. We grade and form for drainage so water runs off instead of undercutting the slab.
My house is a weekend or seasonal home — can you work around that?
Yes. Tell us when you're actually at the property and we'll build the schedule around it, including coordinating access if you're not on site for the walk-through.
Does my HOA or the lake community require a permit?
Some communities around the lake have their own architectural or HOA review in addition to county permitting. Tell us your neighborhood and we'll tell you what applies before we start.
